Workflow and Automation Competency Centre

Transform how you work with workflow and automation

Looking to streamline processes, reduce manual tasks, or explore tools like Microsoft Power Platform and AI? The Workflow and Automation Competency Centre supports departments across the University to improve efficiency, reduce errors and save time.

Our team of business technologists and technical experts offers free consultations, staff training, and technical support to help automate workflows and improve accuracy. We also work with Focus, Oxford’s change and continuous improvement initiative, to identify where changes in working practices, and staff skills and empowerment, can complement digital tools.

We act as a single point of contact to connect you with IT and training resources across the University. Join our community via the Power Automate channel in the Nexus User Group Team to share insights and learn from others.
