The Oxford Digital Festival returns on Thursday 20 November 2025 at Rhodes House with a focus on AI in teaching, research and administration. This one-day in-person event will bring together colleagues from across the collegiate University to explore how digital innovation is transforming the way we work, learn and collaborate.
Designed to foster interdisciplinary exchange, the festival will feature:
- Showcases of digital projects and AI applications across divisions
- Keynote sessions, lightning talks, and interactive roundtable discussions
- A University-wide exhibition with interactive stands
- Opportunities to connect with peers and innovators in the digital space
Whether you are involved in digital service delivery, engaged in technology-enhanced research, or exploring AI for educational applications, the festival provides a key opportunity to gain insight, share knowledge, and build connections within the University.
Who should attend?
University of Oxford staff from all divisions, departments, and colleges are welcome to attend.

Lightning talk slots are also still open for those who would like to present their work in quickfire sessions to give attendees a flavour of the work happening around Oxford. Sign up for these through our DigiTalk expression of interest form.
