From 31st July 2025, the Workflow and Automation Competency Centre is becoming embedded into existing University units.
You can now access support in the following ways:

The inbox will stay active and will be looked after by colleagues in IT services who will help you find the help or answers you are looking for

Monthly automation and workflow surgeries together with colleagues in Focus we will offer a monthly session to offer practical help and guidance on Automation and Workflow

Training continues, during 2025 and will transition to support other Digital Transformation initiatives

The WACC SharePoint site will stay live with all our resources, and you can ask the bot for help

The Nexus Users Group will continue to be the place for peer-to-peer automation inspiration and support and the Continuous Improvement Community of Practice is the place to talk about getting ready to automate.
